Many are unaware of the Public Adjusting role and what we can do for claimants. A Public Adjuster is an independent insurance professional that a policyholder may hire to help settle an insurance claim on his or her behalf. There are a little over 176K insurance claims adjusters (as of March 2024) in Texas that work for the insurance companies (yes, Independent Adjusters work on behalf of the insurance company too, not you). However there are relatively few Public Insurance Adjusters in Texas (1,468 as of March 2024) to represent the public/claimant.

We began this business to help Texas homeowners recover the amount they are entitled to for their insured property for which they have suffered a loss.

We have witnessed insureds who were either denied legitimate claims or were paid a fraction of the loss they incurred for a covered peril. As Texans, we pride ourselves on being friendly and helping our neighbors. Doing the right thing has always been a core belief, so when the opportunity to enter this field presented itself, the lure of helping others with the difficult insurance indemnification process was just too great to ignore.
